Apartment inspections

If you are considering renting a temporary apartment in Buenos Aires then we can assist you to make the right choice. There are numerous rental agencies here in this mega city and they offer a wide selection of apartments. However, sometimes the properties are not exactly like the pictures on their websites. Or they do not always have the high-speed WiFi or services as advertised. Let us inspect and check out the places you are considering renting and make sure you will not be disappointed when you arrive tired from a long flight. We can also recommend reputable rental agencies which we know from experience will deliver a good and reliable service. Our fees are just US$50 per apartment visited, inspected, and verified on your behalf. If necessary, included in our fees, we can take our own photos and forward to you for viewing.

Longer term stays

For those who are planning a more long-term stay in Argentina our services provide you with a turn-key operation. We will assist in finding your accommodations or new home and then provide help with all the services and utility connections. Cable TV, Satellite TV, Internet, Telephone, furnishings, bank accounts, electricity, gas, legal services, and more can be very difficult to organise when you are not used to the procedures here in Argentina. We have experience in all aspects of relocation to Buenos Aires or elsewhere in Argentina.

Language is always a challenge here and if you do not speak fluent Spanish then we can make sure that your translations are accurate and reliable.
